This is more than just a housing project. This is a dream come true, something that had been on my mind for 15 long years. With this project we wanted to offer much more than just a place to live in; we wanted to create a complete urban lifestyle experience that would add true value in the lives of the residents.
We conceived this project with 3 crucial points in mind:
It would have an eco-friendly atmosphere: This township was made to be evergreen. From having dense plantations inside and outside the township to setting up proper water harvesting avenues in every housing unit and rain water harvesting outside - we have taken every measure to ensure a truly green world.
It would have activities for every age group:
We have prioritized outdoor spaces like lawn tennis, basketball court, Net Cricket and Herbal Garden to help create green and active lifestyles for all the residents, be it kids or seniors. Our Club Green is equipped with a swimming pool, indoor games, indoor gym, badminton court and much more for a holistic lifestyle for everyone in a family.
